Approximately one year ago, Accossato received a report concerning suspicious products circulating on the Indonesian market. Following a thorough investigation, we identified unauthorised copies of an Accossato brake master cylinder and clutch control.
The counterfeit products were manufactured in China, imported into Indonesia and distributed without any authorisation from Accossato.

Most recently manufactured products, particularly controls introduced over the past few years, feature a unique QR code that allows customers to verify their authenticity.
To complete the verification, simply enter the code in the dedicated authentication section of the official Accossato website. The system will confirm whether the product is genuine.
It is important to note that scanning a QR code that simply redirects to the Accossato homepage does not verify authenticity. Counterfeit products may also contain links to our website. The only valid verification is performed through the official authentication system using the unique product code.
If your product was manufactured before the introduction of the QR code, or if you have any doubts about its authenticity, you can contact Accossato by sending clear photographs of the component, engravings, packaging and labels through our official channels or via direct message on our Instagram page. Our technical team can identify the details that distinguish an original product from a counterfeit one.
